From I-75: Take Exit 162A (Downtown Bay City), follow about 3 miles, cross bridge over Saginaw River and turn left at first light (Saginaw Street). Follow North 6 blocks to Third Street, turn left one block to Water Street. We are located at the corner of Third and Water Streets.

From the East (M-25): Follow M-25 into Downtown Bay City (M-25 becomes Center Avenue, turn right onto Saginaw Street, follow North 6 blocks to Third Street, turn left one block to Water Street. We are located at the corner of Third and Water Streets.
