From I-75/US-23 take exit 162A to Downtown Bay City. Follow M-25 over the Veteran's Bridge (Saginaw River). Take a left at the traffic light (Saginaw Street) immediately after the bridge. Continue North on Saginaw Street to the stop sign at Third Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street, go one block to Water and stop. The Atrium and Stein Haus are on your right at the intersection of 3rd and Water.

From the East on M-25: Follow M-25 into Bay City. M-25 becomes Center Avenue. Follow Center Avenue to the traffic light at Saginaw Street, just before you reach Wenonah Park. Turn right onto Saginaw Street. Continue North on Saginaw Street to the stop sign at Third Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street, go one block to Water and stop. The Atrium and Stein Haus are on your right at the intersection of 3rd and Water.
